0011 The keywords assigned to a variety of materials (which can inclusde papers,
0012 slides, images, computer code and software etc) play a crucial role in
0013 integration of the information systems used in ePIC. This page serves as
0014 the main information point regarding management of keywords. Proposals
0015 for creation of new words should be sent to the leadership of the Collaboration.
0016 The tables below contain a list of both accepted and proposed keywords.
0017 When uploding materials to the Collaboration Document Management Database
0018 (Zenodo) it is strongly recommended to assign some of the approved and
0019 relevant keywords to the uploads.

0021 ##### Keyword creation guidelines

0023 Use simple, lowercase words for all keywords in internal documents and Zenodo queries.
0024 Avoid using dashes (-) and underscores (_) unless they clearly improve readability. Decimal
0025 numbers may be used when necessary. This approach helps reduce errors when typing keywords and
0026 ensures consistency across documents and systems.
