0011 This page is the portal to ePIC's photo collection. The photos are stored in our document database (Zenodo)
0012 for reliable long-term access. Hosting of photos directly on this website is only possible in
0013 exceptional circumstances and needs to be approved by the ePIC leadership team.

0015 All photos are vetted. Please contact Renee Fatemi, the Vice-Chair of the Colaboration Council
0016 (<rhfate2@g.uky.edu>) in order to receive an approval. Approved photos should be uploaded to
0017 the ePIC Community on Zenodo, and
0018 will be linked at the relevant page.

0020 For the photos showing people the publishing person needs to receive their conscent before sharing.
0021 Photos of equipment, hardware etc need to be approved by the reffering DSCs before the final approval
0022 by Renee. You are free to use them in talks and publications.

0028 of files can be uploaded as a single Zenodo entitity, and in case the files are in one of the popular graphics formats
0029 (png, jpeg etc) the collection will be rendered as a gallery on the Zenodo portal, with thumbnails, controls for
