0016 Brookhaven National Laboratory offers travel support for ePIC-related trips
0017 to (i) BNL for meetings, reviews, and detector-related work, as well as (ii) travel to ePIC collaboration meetings.

0019 **Important:** All travel must be pre-approved by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), and requests must be submitted at least **30 days in advance** of the event.

0021 To request travel support from BNL, please do the following:

0023 * Complete the form and obtain a support letter from your supervisor or group leader, which should also explain
